Terms of Service
Updated 8 September 2026
This is one document. It covers memberships, Practice Passes and pay-as-you-go. Nothing is hidden.
This is the agreement between you and SwingFIT Academies (“we”, “us”, “our”). It applies when you join a membership or buy any pack or session from us. When you buy, you accept these terms.
We run indoor golf academies in Dubai, at Studio City and DIFC.
Nothing in these terms removes or reduces your rights under UAE law, including Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection. Part 2 explains what that means for refunds.
Start here — the rules that matter most
- A 12-month plan is a 12-month commitment. You cannot cancel in the first 3 months. After that you can leave early for a fee of 3 months — see Section 16. The price reflects that commitment — if you want flexibility, Pay As You Go and the Practice Pass exist for that.
- Prices in this document are illustrative. Your price is the one on your order confirmation. Current prices for new joiners are on our pricing pages.
- Your price is fixed for your committed term and never changes part-way through it. Founder members keep their price for as long as they stay a paying member in good standing. For everyone else, a price rise takes effect on the anniversary of your join date, with 30 days’ notice.
- You cannot cancel a 12-month plan in your first 3 months. Part 4 covers the exceptions.
- You cancel only at swingfitacademies.com/cancel. You pause only at swingfitacademies.com/pause. Email, phone, or asking a coach does not count.
- A valid card on file is a condition of membership. We bill monthly to that card, and we do not offer memberships any other way.
- Your membership fee is not a charge per visit. If you do not come in, you still pay for the month.
- A Practice Pass is not a membership. No refunds, no extensions, no pauses.
- Lessons and credits expire. Monthly lessons do not roll over.
- Payments are not refundable for change of mind once you have started using the service — but the 48-hour cooling-off covers every online purchase, and if we fail to deliver what you paid for, UAE law entitles you to a refund or replacement.
- Pause allowance: memberships bought on or after 15 July 2026 get 30 days per 12-month period. Bought before that date, 56 days.
- You are responsible for damage you or your guest cause, and for loan clubs we hand you.

PART 1 — WHAT WE SELL
1. Choosing how to join
- 12-month membership — our annual plans (T1, T3 and T4). The lowest monthly price, in exchange for a 12-month commitment. See Section 2.
- Practice Pass — practice bay time for 15 or 30 days. Not a membership, no commitment, nothing renews. See Section 3.
- Pay As You Go — packs of lessons, practice or fitness sessions, with no membership at all. See Section 4.
Members can also buy extra coached lessons on top of their plan. See Section 5. Some older plans are closed to new members. If you are on one, your plan and its terms are in Appendix A.
The three main plans
- Unlimited Practice & Play. Bay access only. No coached lessons.
- PGA Coach Lesson + Unlimited Practice & Play. 2 to 4 coached lessons a month with a PGA coach, plus bay access.
- Senior PGA Coach Lesson + Unlimited Practice & Play. 2 to 4 coached lessons a month with a Senior PGA coach, plus bay access.
You pick how many lessons a month (2 to 4) when you join. This is fixed for your term.
A quick note on words. A lesson is a coached, one-hour session with a PGA Golf Coach. Practice and play means self-serve time in the bay on TrackMan, with no coach. These are different, and your plan tells you what you get.
2. 12-month membership
Tiers and price
| Tier | Lessons / month | Price / month |
|---|---|---|
| T1 — Unlimited Practice & Play | 0 | 997 AED |
| T3 — PGA Coach Lesson + Unlimited Practice & Play | 2 | 1,297 AED |
| T3 — PGA Coach Lesson + Unlimited Practice & Play | 3 | 1,497 AED |
| T3 — PGA Coach Lesson + Unlimited Practice & Play | 4 | 1,697 AED |
| T4 — Senior PGA Coach Lesson + Unlimited Practice & Play | 2 | 1,697 AED |
| T4 — Senior PGA Coach Lesson + Unlimited Practice & Play | 3 | 1,897 AED |
| T4 — Senior PGA Coach Lesson + Unlimited Practice & Play | 4 | 2,097 AED |
Illustrative only. Current prices for new joiners are on our pricing pages at swingfitacademies.com. The price that binds you is the one on your order confirmation — see Section 6.
You pick your plan and your lesson count when you join. Your lesson count is fixed for the 12 months.
From 8 August 2026 we no longer offer the 1-lesson-a-month options on T3 and T4. If you are already on one, nothing changes — you keep your plan and your price for as long as your membership continues. If you cancel, you cannot rejoin these tiers.
What you get
- Unlimited practice and play in the bays at both locations. Bookings are subject to availability — see Section 9.
- Priority booking and progress tracking. On a coaching tier you also get the earlier 14-day booking window for Member Events — see Section 11.
- Your monthly coached lessons, if you are on T3 or T4.
- Monthly lessons do not roll over. Use them in the month, or you lose them.
Why a membership is priced the way it is
A 12-month membership carries a lower monthly price than buying the same coaching and practice as you go. That price is set on the basis that you are committing for 12 months. It is not a discount we could offer on a month-by-month arrangement.
The commitment is what makes it work on our side too. We plan coach hours, bay capacity and class schedules around members who have committed for the year.
If you want flexibility instead, that is what Pay As You Go and the Practice Pass are for. Neither has a commitment, neither has an early-exit fee, and neither renews. You can compare all three on our pricing pages before you choose.
If you are not sure you will want this for 12 months, Pay As You Go is the better fit. Choosing a membership means choosing the commitment that comes with the price.
Commitment
- You commit to 12 months. You pay every month for all 12 months.
- We bill monthly, on your join date. See Section 7.
- You cannot cancel in your first 3 months, except as set out in Section 16.
- Your membership does not stop on its own at the end of 12 months. It continues month to month, at the same price, and we keep charging your card until you cancel with 30 days’ notice. We email you a reminder about 30 days before your 12 months end. See Section 16.
3. Practice Pass
A Practice Pass gives you practice bay time for a set number of days. It is not a membership. There is no commitment, no monthly billing, and nothing renews on its own.
What you get
- Practice bookings in the bays for 15 or 30 days, depending on the pass you buy.
- Every session is the length you chose when you bought the pass — 60 or 90 minutes. You cannot mix the two.
- Both academies, Studio City and DIFC.
Price
| Pass | Session length | Price |
|---|---|---|
| 15 days | 60 minutes | 1,297 AED |
| 15 days | 90 minutes | 1,997 AED |
| 30 days | 60 minutes | 2,297 AED |
| 30 days | 90 minutes | 2,997 AED |
Illustrative only. Current prices for new joiners are on our pricing pages at swingfitacademies.com. The price that binds you is the one on your order confirmation — see Section 6.
How long your pass lasts
- Your pass starts on the day you buy it.
- A 15-day pass ends at the end of day 15. A 30-day pass ends at the end of day 30.
- The day after it ends, you cannot book. There is no grace period.
Booking
- You can hold one booking at a time. Once that session is done, cancelled, or has passed, you book the next one.
- One at a time does not mean one a day. If you finish your session and there is space later the same day, book again.
- Holding two future bookings at once is part of a 12-month membership. It is not part of a Practice Pass.
- This limit applies across both academies, not per location.
What a Practice Pass does not include
- No one-to-one coached lessons. A pass is practice only. If you want a lesson, you buy it at standard Pay As You Go prices (Section 4). The member add-on prices of 350 AED and 550 AED are for 12-month members only.
- Member Events are the exception. A pass includes 2 free clinic or group class bookings per pass, then 197 AED per session — see Section 11.
- No play with guests. Play bookings are not part of a pass. To play with guests, buy a Pay As You Go package.
Terms
- No refunds once you have started using your pass.
- No extensions. Pay As You Go packs can be extended for a fee (Section 4). A Practice Pass cannot.
- No pauses.
- Unused days and sessions have no value. They do not carry over to another pass.
- A pass is personal to you. You cannot transfer it or share it.
- Buying again is a new purchase, not a renewal. Nothing auto-renews and we do not charge your card again.
- Late cancellations and no-shows follow the same rules as member bookings in Section 9.
- The 48-hour cooling-off period in Section 8 applies to passes bought online, as long as you have not used a session yet.
4. Pay As You Go
No membership. You buy a pack and use it before it expires.
- Packs are non-transferable, and non-refundable for change of mind. Your UAE-law refund rights (Section 8) always apply.
- Unused sessions expire on the date shown. The expiry starts on the day you buy.
- Before your pack expires, you can extend it once — see “Extend or convert” below.

Extend or convert — instead of losing sessions
- Extend. Once per pack, you can extend its expiry: 30 more days for 99 AED per unused practice session or golf lesson, or 60 more days for 197 AED per unused session or lesson. Buy the extension before the pack expires.
- Convert. Within 15 days after a pack expires, you can convert half the AED value of your unused sessions — once — into credit toward joining a membership. This membership is not eligible for a pause.
- After that, expired sessions are gone. They cannot be brought back.
Golf Swing Evaluation and Intro to Golf
- 99 AED. A full check across all five parts of your game, 45 to 60 minutes. You get a plan at the end.
- Free if you join a membership on the same visit.
- One per customer. Evaluations are for first-time customers only.
5. Coaching add-ons (members only)
- Extra coached lessons for active members.
- 350 AED per lesson with a PGA coach. 550 AED per lesson with a Senior PGA coach.
- Sold in packs of 4, 8 or 12.
- They expire 12 months from the day you buy.
- Non-transferable, and non-refundable for change of mind (Section 8 rights always apply). Any lessons left after 12 months are lost — the “Extend or convert” options in Section 4 apply here too.
PART 2 — MONEY
6. Prices, and when your price can change
Where prices live, and which price binds you
- The prices in this document are illustrative. They are published so you can see how our plans are structured, and they are correct as at the date at the top of this document.
- Current prices for anyone joining today are on our pricing pages at swingfitacademies.com — Membership, Pay As You Go, Practice, and Play.
- The price that binds you is the one you were shown and accepted at checkout. It is on your order confirmation and in our billing records. That is your price, whatever this document or our pricing pages say later.
- If a price in this document differs from our pricing pages, the pricing page governs for anyone buying now. Neither changes what you already agreed.
- We keep your acceptance record, including the price. You can ask us for a copy at any time — see Section 20.
- The prices in Appendix A are for plans we no longer sell. They are not published anywhere else, so they are listed there for reference. Your own price is still the one on your order confirmation.
All prices
- All prices in this document are in AED and include VAT. The price you see is the price you pay.
- The price shown on the buy page at the time you purchase is the one that governs.
Your price is fixed for your term
The price you pay when you join is the price you pay for the whole of your committed term. If you join a 12-month membership, that price does not change for those 12 months, whatever happens to our published prices in the meantime. Your price never changes part-way through a term.
Founder members
- Founder members are members on our Founder Membership plan — 597 AED a month, including one coached lesson a month. It is recorded as your plan in our billing system, and it appears on your invoices.
- The Founder Membership is closed. It has not been sold since 1 February 2026, no other plan has ever been offered at that price, and it cannot be joined, restarted, or transferred to anyone else.
- If you are a founder member, your price never changes. You keep it for as long as your membership continues without a break and in good standing — through upgrades, downgrades, and the rolling monthly period after your term ends.
- If you upgrade to another plan, you pay that plan’s price. Your founder price applies to the founder plan, not to whatever you move to.
What good standing means
- Your payments are up to date. That is the whole test.
- A payment that fails and is then settled does not affect your founder pricing — whether it clears on one of our retries, or you pay the invoice within the 14 days that follow. Cards expire. This is not a trap.
- Being paused does not affect it. A pause is not a break in your membership, and you keep founder pricing throughout.
When founder pricing ends
- It ends when your membership ends, for any reason — you cancel, you leave early, or we close it for non-payment or under Section 17.
- If we close your membership for non-payment and you settle in full within 30 days, the reinstatement in Section 7 restores your founder pricing along with everything else.
- If you rejoin at any other time, you join at the prices we offer then, as a regular member. Founder pricing is personal to you and cannot be transferred.
Everyone else
- If you are not a founder member, your price is fixed for your 12-month term. If we have raised our prices during that time, the new price starts on the anniversary of your join date.
- We email you at least 30 days before an anniversary price change, telling you the new amount and the date it starts.
- Your price can only change on an anniversary of your join date. It never changes at any other time.
- If you do not want to continue at the new price, you can cancel with 30 days’ notice before it takes effect, with no early-exit fee.
- On a rolling monthly membership after your 12 months, the same rule applies: your price can change only on the anniversary of your original join date, with 30 days’ notice.
- What your plan includes is separate from what it costs — see Section 22.
Practice Passes and Pay As You Go packs are priced at the moment you buy them. Nothing about them changes afterwards.
7. Billing and failed payments
This section applies to every plan we bill monthly, including the plans in Appendix A. Where a plan works differently, it says so.
A card on file is a condition of membership (condition precedent)
- Every membership is billed monthly to a card. We do not offer memberships on any other basis — not by cash, cheque, bank transfer, or a single payment up front.
- You must have a valid, current card on file for the whole of your membership. This is a condition of holding one, not a preference.
- This applies throughout — during your committed term, while you are paused, and during the rolling monthly period after your term ends.
- If your card expires, is cancelled, is lost or replaced, or stops working for any reason, update it straight away. Tell us right away if anything changes.
- If we do not have a working card on file, we cannot bill you, and the failed-payment process below starts.
- We may remind you before a card expires. Keeping it current is still your responsibility.
- Practice Passes and Pay As You Go packs are different — you pay once, at the time you buy, and there is no card on file.
Your authority for us to charge you
By joining a membership, you authorise us to charge your card on file every month, on your billing date, at your plan price, until your membership ends under these terms. You can update your card any time.
How we bill
- We bill you every month on your join date, using the card on file.
Your invoices
- We email you an invoice every month, for that month’s payment. The first comes when you join, and one follows every month after, for as long as your membership runs.
- Your invoice shows the amount, the plan it is for, the billing date, and VAT.
- Invoices go to the email address on your account. Keep it current — see Notices in Section 23.
- Your invoices are also a running record of what you pay. Together with your order confirmation, they show the price you agreed — see Section 6.
- Ask us any time for copies of past invoices and we will send them.
- If something on an invoice looks wrong, tell us. Telling us early helps us fix it quickly, and it never affects your rights under UAE law.
- The invoice we send after a failed payment is different. It is a request for payment with a 14-day deadline, not your ordinary monthly invoice — see below.
If a payment fails
- We email you every time a payment goes through, and every time one fails.
- If a payment fails, our system tries the card again 3 times over 10 days. We email you after each attempt, telling you what happened and asking you to update your card.
- If it still fails after those attempts, we pause your access and email you an invoice.
- You then have 14 days to pay. We may add an administration fee of 100 AED to cover collection costs.
If we close your membership for non-payment
- Closing your membership for non-payment does not end your commitment. Not paying is not a way to cancel.
- You owe the month or months we could not collect, the 100 AED administration fee if we applied it, and the same early-exit amount you would have owed under Section 16 had you cancelled on the day we closed your membership.
- The total will never be more than you would have paid by cancelling properly on the day your first payment failed, plus the administration fee. You are not charged extra because of the way it ended.
- If you settle the full amount within 30 days of closure, we will reinstate your membership on the same plan, at the same price, with your original term dates — as though it had not been closed. If you were a founder member, your founder pricing comes back with it.
- After 30 days, the plan may no longer be available. You would rejoin at the prices we offer then.
- The special circumstances in Section 16 still apply to you if they apply.
- If we close a plan that is no longer sold, you cannot rejoin it. See Appendix A.
If you do not pay what you owe
- By this point you will already have had an email for each failed attempt, and the invoice. We will also try to reach you by phone. Most of these are sorted out in a conversation.
- If it stays unpaid, we may pass the debt to a collection agency, and you will be responsible for their reasonable costs.
- We may bring a claim in the courts set out in Section 24.
- If a court makes an order against you for an unpaid debt, that order can appear on your credit record in the UAE. Al Etihad Credit Bureau collects court obligations, and they can affect your ability to get credit.
- We would far rather resolve it with you. Email info@swingfitacademies.com and tell us what is going on — we will look at what we can do.
Using the academy is up to you
Your membership fee is for access to what your plan includes. It is not a charge per visit.
If you do not come in, or you do not use your lessons, you still pay for the month. Not using the academy does not pause your membership, reduce your fee, or end your commitment. If you need to stop for a while, use the pause form at swingfitacademies.com/pause.
This does not apply where we could not provide the service you paid for — see Section 8.
If you think a charge is wrong
- Contact us first at info@swingfitacademies.com. Most billing problems are fixed within days, which is faster than going through your bank.
- Raising a dispute with your bank is your right. We will not suspend or penalise your membership for using it.
- If you do raise one, please tell us as well, so we can give your bank the facts.
- While a dispute is open, your membership carries on as normal and so does your obligation to pay anything not in dispute.
8. Refunds and your rights
Cooling-off period — 48 hours, online purchases
- If you buy online — a membership, a Practice Pass, a PAYG pack, or an add-on — and have not used any benefit yet, you can cancel within 48 hours of buying and get a full refund.
- Once you use any lesson, session, class or bay time, this 48-hour right ends.
- To use it, submit the cancellation form at swingfitacademies.com/cancel within 48 hours.
- Every membership is bought online, even where you made your first payment with us at the academy — the purchase is completed online either way. So this 48-hour right applies to every membership.
- For anything bought in person at the desk and not completed online, there is no cooling-off period — our team will tell you the refund terms before you pay.
Your refund rights under UAE law
- Where these terms say something is “non-refundable”, that means refunds for change of mind. It never limits your rights under UAE consumer protection law (Federal Law No. 15 of 2020).
- If we fail to provide a service you paid for, or the service is materially not as described, you can choose between replacement sessions or a refund for what was not delivered.
PART 3 — USING THE ACADEMY
9. Booking, late cancellation and no-shows
- Book in our booking system. All bookings are subject to availability.
- Your booking is for you only. You cannot give it to someone else.
- Cancel or change a lesson or session at least 24 hours ahead.
Member booking types
Practice
- 1 hour, on your own. Structured practice, warm-up, or just playing around by yourself. No guest needed.
- You can hold up to 2 Practice bookings at a time.
- Want 2 hours on your own, with no guest? Book two Practice bookings back to back.
Play
- 2 hours, with guests. Minimum 1 guest, maximum 3, each registered by name and email every time you book — whether you book online or a team member books for you.
- Play is for playing with others; it is not a way to book solo bay time. If you are on your own, book Practice.
- You can hold 1 Play booking at a time.
- If your guest cannot make it, switch your booking to Practice yourself ahead of time — that is never a problem and does not count against you. If you keep it as Play with no guest, you will be charged 250 AED for the second hour.
- If fewer than 2 people check in on the day, we treat it as a Practice 1 hour session for that visit. You keep your booking as normal — no charge.
Coaching
- A lesson with your coach. How many you can hold at once is set by the lesson credits in your membership, or what is left in your Pay As You Go package.
Booking limit
- Hold up to 2 Practice bookings at a time, or 1 Practice and 1 Play booking — never 2 Play bookings at once. This applies across all of SwingFIT, not per location.
Pay As You Go bookings
The Practice and Play naming is for memberships only. If you are on Pay As You Go, your booking length and rules follow the pack you bought — see Section 4.
If you cancel late or do not show up
- If you cancel under 24 hours before, or you do not show up, you lose that lesson or session.
- On a membership lesson, it counts as your lesson for the month.
- On a pack, that lesson or session is used up.
- Miss 3 or more Practice or Play bookings in 30 days and we may limit your booking for a while.
If your coach cancels — it works both ways
If your coach cancels with less than 24 hours’ notice, or does not attend, you do not lose anything: the lesson is not deducted from your month or your pack, and we rebook you free at the next time that suits you.
Booking your monthly lessons
- Your lessons are yours to book. We email you at the start of each month and again mid-month to remind you.
- Book early. Slots fill up, and leaving it until the last week of the month is the most common reason a lesson goes unused.
- If you do not book, or you leave it too late to find a slot that suits you, the lesson is lost at the end of the month. We cannot carry it over.
- The only exception is if we genuinely cannot offer you anything. If you request a lesson through the booking system with at least 14 days left in the month, and we cannot offer you a single slot with any coach of your grade before the month ends, that lesson carries into the next month.
- This does not apply if we offered you a slot and it did not suit you, if you did not respond to us, if you asked with fewer than 14 days left in the month, or if you cancelled late or did not show up.
- Availability is measured across all our coaches of your grade, not one particular coach. Your membership is with SwingFIT, not with an individual — see Section 13.
- A lesson carried over this way must be used in the following month. It does not carry a second time.
10. Guests
- You can bring up to 3 guests for a Play session, at no extra cost.
- Guests cannot take coaching unless it is booked and paid for.
- To book a Play session, register each guest’s name and email at the time of booking — every time, even for a returning guest.
- Sign your guest in at reception before their first visit. At sign-in, your guest confirms they accept our safety rules and the parts of these terms that apply to visitors. We keep that record. If a guest will not confirm it, they cannot use the bays.
- Guests follow these terms and our safety rules while at the academy.
- You are responsible for your guest and any damage they cause — see Section 12.
- Guest access may be limited at busy times.
11. Member Events — clinics and group classes
Member Events are clinics and group classes — small-group sessions with one coach and one published topic. A clinic is 8–12 golfers, 60 to 120 minutes. A group class is 4–6 golfers, 60 minutes, with the coach working on your swing in the session.
They are not one-to-one lessons and they never draw on your monthly lesson allocation. Full pricing is on the Member Events page.
What each plan includes
| Plan | Clinics | Group classes | Book ahead | Guests |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Coaching membership | Unlimited, subject to availability and fair use | Unlimited, subject to availability and fair use | 14 days | 2 free a month, then 50 AED |
| Practice membership | 1 free a month, then 97 AED | 1 free a month, then 97 AED | 7 days | 2 free a month, then 50 AED |
| Practice Pass | 2 free per pass, shared with group classes, then 197 AED | 2 free per pass, shared with clinics, then 197 AED | 7 days | None |

Illustrative only. Current prices for new joiners are on our pricing pages at swingfitacademies.com. The price that binds you is the one on your order confirmation — see Section 6.
A Practice member gets one free clinic and one free group class each month, counted separately. A Practice Pass works differently: it includes two free bookings for the life of the pass, used on clinics or group classes in any combination.
Fair use
- Up to 2 Member Events sessions a day. “Unlimited” means no monthly cap, not an unlimited number in one day.
- Seats are limited and released on the published timetable. Your entitlement is the right to book, not a reserved seat.
Free bookings
- Cancel more than 24 hours before the session and it goes straight back to your account.
- Cancel inside 24 hours, or do not show up, and a 50 AED no-show fee applies.
- Book beyond your free monthly allowance and it becomes a paid booking.
Paid bookings
- A paid booking is any Member Events booking you pay for directly — an overflow session beyond your free allowance, a guest place, a Practice Pass booking beyond your two, or a Pay As You Go booking.
- Paid bookings are non-refundable. If you do not attend, you forfeit the booking — there is no separate fee, because the payment itself is not returned.
Guests at Member Events
- Members can bring 2 guests a month free, then 50 AED per guest. This is separate from the Play guest allowance in Section 10.
- Your guest is free only when you attend the same session.
- If your guest does not arrive, the 50 AED no-show fee applies to you — someone else could have taken that seat.
- Register each guest’s name, email and mobile when you book. Guests sign in at reception and accept our safety rules, as set out in Section 10.
Booking with the right details
Book using the email address and mobile number registered to your membership. That is how we match a booking to your plan. If you book with different details, we cannot see your membership and you will be charged as a visitor.
What your membership fee is for
Your membership fee buys what your plan lists: practice and play access at both academies, and your monthly coached lessons if you are on a coaching tier. That is the service you are paying for.
Member Events are provided in addition to it. They are not a service we are obliged to supply for your membership fee, and your fee is not reduced, refunded or adjusted if events are fewer, cancelled, changed or fully booked. What each plan includes by way of events is set out above, and it can change.
What we do and do not promise
- Member Events run alongside your coaching. They are not a set number of sessions and they are not part of your monthly lesson allocation.
- We decide which events run — the topics, the levels, the coach, the academy, the times, and how many we put on. We publish the timetable in advance and it changes.
- We do not guarantee that any particular event will run, that one will run at a time that suits you, or that a place will be free when you come to book.
- We may change or cancel an event at short notice — for low numbers, coach availability, or anything outside our control.
- If we cancel an event, a free booking goes back to your account and a paid booking is refunded in full. That is the whole of what we owe you for a cancelled event.
- The programme changes over time. If we make a lasting reduction to what your plan includes, Section 22 applies.
How far ahead you can book
- Coaching members can book a Member Event up to 14 days before it runs.
- Practice members, Practice Pass holders, Pay As You Go bookers and non-members can book up to 7 days before.
- This means coaching members can see and take seats for a full week before anyone else. It is why an event can already be full by the time it opens to everyone else. Places are limited and we cannot hold one for you.
- These windows apply to Member Events only. They are separate from the limit on how many practice and play bookings you can hold at once, which is in Section 9, and from the priority you get on bay bookings as a member.
Booking and cancelling an event
- Member Events are booked through our events site, not the main booking system. Every event is published with its topic, coach, location, length and the playing level it suits.
- Events are published by level — Zero to 1st Round through Break Par. Book the level that matches your game so the session works for everyone in the bay.
- Cancel through the link in your booking confirmation email, or message us on WhatsApp. This applies to event bookings only — it is not a way to cancel or pause a membership, which only counts through the forms in Section 23.
Non-members
Some Member Events are open to non-members at the published rate. Non-member bookings are paid at checkout, are non-refundable, carry no guest allowance, and require acceptance of these terms and our safety rules before attending. Everyone attending books and pays their own place.
12. Safety, conduct and damage
Safety in the bays
- Hit from the mat only.
- Only the person taking their shot stands in the hitting area. Everyone else stays behind the marked line, including guests and children.
- Check around you before you swing. You are responsible for the safety of the people near you.
- One ball at a time. Do not throw clubs or balls.
- Follow our team’s instructions and any posted rules. Our team can stop a session at any time if it is not safe.
- Children stay with the adult responsible for them at all times.
Behaviour and conduct
- Treat our team, our coaches, and other members with respect.
- We do not accept abuse, threats, harassment, discrimination, or offensive language.
- If behaviour is serious — violence, threats, harassment, discrimination, or anything putting someone at risk — we may end your membership immediately, with no warning.
- If behaviour is repeated rather than serious, we will warn you in writing first, explaining what needs to change. If it happens again after that, we may end your membership.
- Either way, you can ask a director to review the decision by emailing info@swingfitacademies.com within 14 days. We will respond within 7 days.
- Section 17 covers what happens to your billing and any refund.
- We may end a session immediately, without refunding that session, if someone is intoxicated or behaving unsafely.
If you injure someone (indemnity)
- You are responsible for your own conduct at the academy, and for the safety of the people around you.
- If you injure another member, a guest, a visitor or a member of our team, that is a matter between you and them. We are not responsible for it, unless it was caused by our own fault or serious neglect.
- If a claim is brought against us because you were negligent, broke these terms or the safety rules above, or acted deliberately, you indemnify us. That means you cover the claim in full — any amount we have to pay, and our reasonable costs in dealing with it.
- This does not apply to anything caused by our own fault or serious neglect, and it does not affect your rights under UAE law.
- The same applies to anything done by your guest, or by a child you are responsible for.
- We do not provide personal liability insurance for you. We strongly recommend you hold your own.
Damage to our property and equipment
Our bays hold expensive equipment — impact screens, projectors, TrackMan units, mats, nets, screens and monitors. Please treat it well.
Normal play is normal.
Marks and wear on screens, mats and nets from ordinary use of the bay are on us, not you. You will never be charged for a mishit taken properly from the mat.
What you are responsible for
- Damage you cause by misusing equipment, by ignoring the safety rules above, or through careless or deliberate acts. For example: throwing, slamming or swinging a club outside the hitting area; hitting from outside the mat; aiming a ball at anything other than the screen; or damaging a TV, monitor, light or fitting anywhere in the academy.
- Damage caused by your guest, or by a child you are responsible for, on the same basis.
What you pay
- The documented cost of repair — or of replacement, where repair is not possible or not economic.
- Cost only. We do not add a margin. We will show you the invoice or the quote.
- We will tell you in writing what happened, what it costs, and how we worked it out, before we charge anything.
- We may charge the card on file, or invoice you with 14 days to pay.
- We may use CCTV footage to establish what happened — see Section 21.
- If you disagree with a charge, email info@swingfitacademies.com first — see Section 24.
Loan clubs and equipment (bailment)
- We may lend you clubs or other equipment for your session. They remain ours throughout.
- Check them when you collect them. If something is already damaged, tell us straight away — otherwise we treat them as issued in good working condition.
- Use them for their normal purpose, in the bay, during your session. They do not leave the academy.
- Return them at the end of your session, to a member of our team or to where you collected them.
- Fair wear and tear is expected and is on us. You are responsible for loss, and for damage beyond fair wear and tear — a snapped shaft, a bent or broken head, a cracked face, a missing club.
- You pay the documented cost of repair, or of replacing the item with the same or an equivalent model. Where a club forms part of a set and cannot be replaced on its own, you pay for the single replacement club, not the whole set.
- If equipment is not returned, we will contact you. If it is still not returned after 7 days, we treat it as lost and charge the replacement cost.
Telling us about an injury (incident reporting)
If you are injured, or have an accident at either academy, tell a member of our team straight away — before you leave, if you can.
If we ask, please give us a written report from your doctor within a reasonable time. This helps us fix whatever caused it, and it is a condition of our insurance.
Juniors — safeguarding
We coach children one-to-one. These are the rules we hold ourselves to.
- Every coach who works with juniors holds a current police clearance certificate and has completed safeguarding training. We re-check both every two years.
- Junior sessions happen in open view in the academy. Never behind a closed door, never in a private room. Bays used for junior coaching are visible from the floor and covered by CCTV.
- A parent or guardian can stay and watch any junior session, at any time, without arranging it beforehand. You never need a reason.
- Young Juniors (8 and under): a parent or guardian stays at the academy throughout the session.
- Our coaches do not contact juniors directly. Anything about a child’s coaching — scheduling, progress, anything at all — goes to the parent or guardian on the account.
- We never photograph or film a junior without written consent from their parent or guardian, given separately from any other marketing opt-in.
- If you have a concern about how a child is being treated at either academy, email safeguarding@swingfitacademies.com. It goes to a director. We will acknowledge within 24 hours.
- If we have reason to believe a child is at risk of harm, we may have to report it to the relevant authorities. We will tell the parent or guardian unless doing so would put the child at greater risk.
13. Your health, your coach, your belongings
Your health
- You complete a short health declaration before your first activity, and keep us updated if anything changes.
- Our coaches are golf and fitness professionals, not medical professionals. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or take medication that affects exercise, check with your doctor first.
- Please do not attend with an infectious condition or open wound.
Your coach
Your membership is with SwingFIT, not with one coach. We assign coaches by availability and skill. We may change your coach, with notice. Only SwingFIT coaches may coach at our academies — please do not bring outside coaches or offer coaching to other members.
If we change your coach, your replacement will be of the same grade or higher. A Senior PGA member is always coached by a Senior PGA coach. If we cannot do that for a period, we will tell you, and you can move to the matching PGA tier at that price for as long as it lasts, or pause your membership without it counting against your pause allowance.
Leaving your clubs with us
- Storing clubs at the academy is a free courtesy where we have space. We do not charge for it and it is not part of any membership. We may stop offering it, or ask you to take your clubs home, at any time.
- Clubs may only be left in the storage area we show you. Anything left in a bay, at reception, or anywhere else is not in storage, and we treat it as lost property.
- Label your bag with your name and mobile number. We cannot match an unlabelled bag to anyone.
- The storage area is not locked, not allocated to you, and not supervised. Other members and our team use the same space.
- You leave your clubs there yourself, and collect them yourself. Our team does not take clubs from you, store them for you, or fetch them for you.
- Please do not leave anything valuable in your bag — rangefinders, watches, wallets, keys.
- We do not insure your clubs, and we are not responsible for loss, theft or damage to them, except where it is caused by our own fault or serious neglect. Please make sure your own insurance covers them.
- If your membership ends, or your clubs have not been used for 6 months, we will contact you and ask you to collect them. If they are not collected within 30 days of us contacting you, we may dispose of them or donate them.
Liability and your belongings (limitation of liability)
- You take part in all activities at your own risk.
- We are not responsible for injury, unless it is caused by our own fault or serious neglect.
- Nothing here removes rights you have under UAE law, including for death or injury caused by negligence.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen belongings. Keep your things with you or leave them at home.
- We suggest you have your own insurance.
PART 4 — CHANGING OR ENDING YOUR MEMBERSHIP
14. Pausing (freeze)
- Only 12-month members can pause. Monthly plans and six-month plans cannot be paused. A Practice Pass cannot be paused.
- Bought on or after 15 July 2026: up to 30 days of pause in each 12-month period.
- Bought before 15 July 2026: up to 56 days in each 12-month period — for as long as your membership continues without a break, including upgrades, downgrades, and the month-to-month continuation after your term. If you cancel and later rejoin, the 30-day allowance applies.
- Your 12-month period counts from your join date, not the calendar year.
- Each pause is at least 14 days. There is no limit on how many pauses you take, up to your total allowance.
- While paused, you pay nothing and you cannot use the academy. Your lessons pause too.
- Your 12-month end date moves back by the number of days you paused.
- Pause only at swingfitacademies.com/pause. Email does not count.
- Medical pause: with a doctor’s note and our approval, you can pause beyond your standard allowance, up to 90 further days. If your condition lasts longer, the special circumstances in Section 16 let you end the plan without the early-exit fee.
If you use the academy while paused
While your membership is paused, you cannot book or use the academy. If you do, we may cancel the pause, restart your billing from the day the pause started, and add an administration fee of 100 AED.
15. Upgrading and downgrading
- You can upgrade any time. The new price starts on your next billing date. Your 12-month term keeps its original start date.
- You cannot downgrade during the 12 months. After your term ends, you can downgrade with 30 days’ notice. You can only move to a plan we still sell.
- Upgrading or downgrading does not change your pause allowance or restart your term.
16. Leaving early and cancelling
How to cancel
Cancel only at swingfitacademies.com/cancel. Email, phone, or asking a coach does not count. Nothing else counts.
What the cancellation form shows you
- The form works out what you owe and shows you the figure before you confirm anything — any unpaid membership fees, any early-exit fee under this section, and the date your access ends.
- You confirm the cancellation knowing the amount. Nothing is hidden and nothing is added afterwards.
- The form collects payment at the point you confirm.
If you cancel but do not pay
- Your cancellation still takes effect on the date the form gives you, and your access ends then. We do not keep you as a member against your will.
- What you owe does not go away. Cancelling does not cancel the debt — the unpaid membership fees and the early-exit fee remain payable in full.
- We will continue to bill the card on file for the outstanding amount until it is settled, or until the end of your original 12-month term, whichever comes first. We do not bill you beyond the term you committed to.
- If it stays unpaid, we recover it as set out in Section 7 — which may include a collection agency, a court claim, and a court order that appears on your credit record.
- If you want to settle it over time rather than in one payment, email info@swingfitacademies.com before it gets that far. We would rather agree something with you.
Leaving a 12-month plan early
The early-exit fee is not a charge for leaving. It recovers part of the benefit you have already had from being priced on a 12-month commitment — see Section 2. That is why it is capped at three months, and why it reduces when fewer than three months remain.
- You cannot cancel in your first 3 months, except under the 48-hour cooling-off (Section 8), the special circumstances below, or where we have failed to provide your service (Section 8).
- After 3 months, you can leave early. The cost is 3 months of your current monthly fee.
- Example: on a plan at 1,297 AED a month, leaving early costs 3 × 1,297 = 3,891 AED.
- If 3 months or fewer are left in your term, you pay only the months that remain.
- The cancel form works this out, shows you the amount, and collects it when you confirm.
Special circumstances — leave any time, no early-exit fee
With 30 days’ notice and proof, you can end a 12-month plan at any point (including the first 3 months) without the early-exit fee:
- Medical. A medical condition stops you playing for more than 8 weeks. Proof: a letter from a licensed doctor, dated within the last 30 days.
We review your proof within 7 days and confirm in writing. You pay as normal until your 30-day notice ends, and nothing after that.
End of your 12 months
- Your membership does not stop on its own.
- It carries on as a rolling monthly plan at the same monthly price you were already paying. The price does not go up, and your pause allowance carries over unchanged.
- You are no longer locked in. You can cancel any time with 30 days’ notice.
- We email you a reminder about 30 days before your 12 months end.
This rollover is part of the 12-month membership you already hold. It is not the closed Month-to-month membership in Appendix A, and is not affected by that plan being closed.
17. If we end your membership
- For non-payment: as set out in Section 7.
- For serious or repeated bad behaviour: your access stops immediately; monthly billing stops at the end date; and we refund, pro-rata, any amount you prepaid for time after that date — minus the documented cost of any damage you caused. No early-exit fee applies.
- If information you gave us was deliberately false: as set out in Section 20.
18. Events outside our control (force majeure)
- Some events are outside anyone’s control: government orders, natural disasters, extreme weather, pandemics, or forced closures.
- Neither side is at fault for what these events stop.
- If we have to close both academies, we pause your billing from the day we close. Your membership and your term extend by the number of days we were shut, and it does not count against your pause allowance.
- If only one academy closes, the other stays open to you and your billing continues.
- If such an event lasts more than 30 days, we will offer you a choice: pause your membership (this does not use your pause allowance), or end it with no penalty.
PART 5 — PROMOTIONS
19. Promotions and free offers
From time to time we run promotions. The specific terms are shown with each offer; the rules below apply to all of them.
Free months on a 12-month plan
- When a promotion gives you one or two months free with a 12-month membership, the free months are months 13 and 14 — they come after you complete your full 12 paid months.
- During your free month or months, you keep exactly what your plan includes, and you pay nothing.
- If your membership ends before month 13 — you cancel, leave early, or we close it — the free months are forfeited. They are a reward for completing the term.
- After your free months, your membership continues month-to-month at your same plan price, unless you cancel with 30 days’ notice.
Free lessons
- A one-off free lesson (for example, a joining gift) must be used within 30 days of the day it is given. After that it expires.
- A recurring free lesson (for example, one free lesson a month) works like your plan lessons: use it in the month, or you lose it. It does not roll over, and it ends when your membership ends.
Lessons never roll over — every plan
On every membership that includes lessons — T3, T4, Beginner, Junior, and any promotional lesson — unused lessons expire at the end of that month. They do not carry over, on any plan.
General promotion rules
- Free benefits have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and cannot be exchanged for a refund or credit.
- One promotion per membership unless the offer says otherwise.
- A promotion changes only what its terms say it changes — everything else in this document still applies.
PART 6 — LEGAL
20. Joining, and your agreement with us
Joining is subject to our acceptance (offer and acceptance)
- When you join online, you are applying for a membership. We may decline your application, and we do not have to give a reason.
- If we decline, we refund anything you have paid in full, and neither of us owes the other anything further.
- We may also decline if we have previously ended a membership of yours for non-payment or for conduct.
Checking your details (verification)
- We may ask you to confirm the information you gave us when you joined — your name, your age, your contact details, and anything that affects your price or what you are entitled to.
- If something you told us was materially wrong, and it changed what you paid or what you received, we may correct your plan and price going forward, or end your membership. If it was deliberate, we may end your membership immediately.
Electronic agreements and our records (electronic contracting)
- You join and buy online. When you tick the box and complete your purchase, you enter into a binding agreement with us. Nothing needs to be signed on paper.
- This is recognised under UAE law, including Federal Decree-Law No. 46 of 2021 on Electronic Transactions and Trust Services.
- Our systems record your acceptance — the date, the time, the email address used, and the version of these terms in force at that moment. We keep that record, and both you and we can rely on it as evidence of the agreement between us.
- If you would like a copy of your own acceptance record, email info@swingfitacademies.com and we will send it to you.
What we send you when you join
- A welcome email confirming the plan and tier you joined, with a PDF copy of these terms attached — the version that applies to you, as at the day you joined.
- Your order confirmation, showing the price you accepted.
- Your first invoice, and one every month after — see Section 7.
- Keep these. Together they are your record of what you agreed.
- We keep the same record on our side. A copy of the terms PDF that applies to you is stored on your member record, along with your acceptance details. Ask us any time and we will send it to you.
Your membership is personal (assignment and transfer)
- Your membership, bookings, and any access credentials are yours only. Sharing them may lead to suspension.
- You cannot transfer your membership, or this agreement, to anyone else.
- We may transfer this agreement to a successor of our business. If we do, your rights and your price do not change.
Junior memberships — ages and who pays
- A junior membership is a contract between us and the child’s parent or legal guardian — not the child.
- Your child’s age group is set by their age on the day you join, and is checked again on each anniversary of your join date.
- If your child moves from Young Juniors to Juniors, we will tell you at least 30 days before the price changes.
- The parent or guardian who joins is our member. They are responsible for paying everything owed on the membership, including anything left unpaid, and for any damage the child causes.
- Please complete the child’s health declaration before the first lesson. Young Juniors (8 and under): a parent or guardian stays at the academy during sessions.
21. Your data, our content, and CCTV
Your data
- We follow UAE data law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 — PDPL). We collect only what we need to run your membership: contact and ID details, bookings, payments, and your health declaration.
- We share data only with the providers that run our service — payment processing, booking, and member management systems (including Zoho, whose servers may be outside the UAE) — or where the law requires. We do not sell it.
- Marketing is a separate opt-in. You can opt out any time, and marketing messages tell you how.
- We keep your data only as long as your membership and the law require. To access, correct, or delete your data, email info@swingfitacademies.com.
- Full details are in our Privacy Policy at swingfitacademies.com/privacy.
Photos, filming and CCTV
- CCTV operates at our academies for everyone’s safety. Recordings may be used to resolve incidents or damage disputes.
- We only use photos or video of you for marketing if you opt in — you choose at sign-up, and you can change your mind any time by emailing us.
- Please do not photograph or film other members or juniors without their consent.
Our content
Our coaching methods, programs, and materials are ours. Do not record, copy, or share them without our written permission.
22. Changes to these terms (unilateral variation)
- We may change these terms with at least 30 days’ notice by email, where the change improves or updates the service, or is needed because of the law or events outside our control.
- If a change materially reduces what you get, or increases what you pay, you can cancel before it takes effect — no penalty, no early-exit fee, and a pro-rata refund of anything you prepaid and have not used.
- Changes to these terms are not retroactive. What your plan includes stays as it was when you joined, for as long as your membership runs without a break. This protection ends if your membership ends for any reason, including one we close for non-payment.
- Price works differently, and Section 6 governs it — fixed for your committed term, permanent for founder members, and changeable at your join-date anniversary with 30 days’ notice for everyone else.
- When we change the terms, we email you the new version, or a link to it.
Which version applies to you
The version of these terms in force on the day you joined is the version that applies to you, unless we have changed them since in line with this section. We keep a dated copy of every version. If you want the version that applies to you, ask us and we will send it.
23. General legal terms
The whole agreement (entire agreement)
These terms are the whole agreement between you and us. They replace everything said or written before you joined — conversations with our coaches, reception team or sales team, emails, WhatsApp messages, phone calls, brochures, social media posts, and anything else on our website other than this document. If something was said to you before you joined and it is not written here, it is not part of your agreement.
Who can change your agreement (no authority to vary)
Only a director of SwingFIT Academies can agree a change to these terms, and only in writing, by email from an @swingfitacademies.com address.
Our coaches, reception team, sales team, and any other staff are not authorised to change these terms, waive a fee, extend a deadline, cancel a commitment, or promise you anything different from what this document says. They cannot bind us to something that contradicts these terms, and you should not rely on it if they do.
If a member of our team tells you something that does not match this document, this document is what applies. Please tell us at info@swingfitacademies.com — we want to know, and we will look into it.
What you are relying on (non-reliance)
You agree that you are joining on the basis of what is written in this document, and not on anything said to you separately. This does not apply to anything we told you dishonestly, and it does not affect your rights under UAE consumer protection law.
Changes must be in writing (variation)
Any change to your agreement must be in writing and confirmed by us by email. If we agree something different with one member, that is between us and them. It does not change these terms for anyone else.
If we do not enforce something straight away (waiver)
If we do not enforce a term immediately, or we let something go on one occasion, we keep the right to enforce it later. Not enforcing something once does not mean we have given up that right, and it does not mean we will do the same again.
Notices
- We send notices to the email address on your account. Keep it current — if we cannot reach you, that is not a reason the notice does not count.
- A notice we send by email counts as received on the day we send it, unless it bounces back to us.
- You send notices to info@swingfitacademies.com.
- Cancellations and pauses are the exception. Those only count through the forms at swingfitacademies.com/cancel and swingfitacademies.com/pause. An email does not cancel or pause your membership.
No one else has rights under this agreement (third party rights)
This agreement is between you and us. No one else can enforce it. Guests are covered by Section 10. For a junior membership, the parent or guardian is our member, as set out in Section 20.
What continues after your membership ends (survival)
- anything you owe us, including unpaid months and any early-exit fee
- your responsibility for damage you or your guest caused
- our rights in our coaching content and materials
- this Part 6
If part of this does not work (severability)
- If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable — by a court, by a competent authority, or by operation of law — the rest of these terms continues in force.
- That part is treated as changed only as far as is needed to make it valid and enforceable, staying as close as possible to what it was meant to do. If it cannot be changed, it is treated as removed.
- Removing or changing one part does not affect the rest of the section it sits in, or the rest of this document.
- If a part is unenforceable in one of the jurisdictions in Section 24, that does not by itself affect whether it is enforceable in the other.
Your rights under UAE law
Nothing in this Part removes or reduces your rights under UAE law, including Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection.
24. Complaints, disputes and law
Complaints
Tell us first: info@swingfitacademies.com. We acknowledge within 48 hours and aim to resolve within 7 days.
Talking it through first (dispute resolution)
If something goes wrong, we try to sort it out by talking first. Email info@swingfitacademies.com and give us the chance to fix it. If we cannot resolve it that way within 30 days, either of us can refer it to mediation in Dubai before going to court.
Governing law
These terms, and any dispute arising out of them or your membership, are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Where a dispute is decided (jurisdiction)
We run two academies, in two different legal jurisdictions. Which courts decide a dispute depends on which academy your membership is based at.
If your home academy is Dubai Studio City
You and we agree that the Dubai Courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of these terms or your membership.
If your home academy is DIFC
You and we agree that the courts of the Dubai International Financial Centre (the DIFC Courts) have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of these terms or your membership. This is an express agreement to the jurisdiction of the DIFC Courts under Article 5(A)(2) of DIFC Law No. 12 of 2004 (as amended). Proceedings in the DIFC Courts are conducted in English. Claims within the relevant financial limit may be heard by the DIFC Courts Small Claims Tribunal.
Your home academy
Your home academy is the location recorded on your account when you joined. You can ask us at any time which one that is, and we will confirm it in writing. If no home academy is recorded on your account, the Dubai Courts have exclusive jurisdiction.

These terms are written in English, and the English version is the version that governs between you and us. If these terms are translated into another language, or a translation is required for court proceedings, the English version prevails to the extent the law allows.
APPENDIX A — PLANS WE NO LONGER SELL
These plans closed to new members after 7 August 2026. They are set out here because members are still on them. Nothing in this appendix is for sale.
- If you are already on one, nothing changes. Your plan carries on under the terms below for as long as you keep it, at the price you joined at.
- If you cancel, it is gone. You cannot rejoin a closed plan and we cannot reopen one. This applies however it ends, including a plan we close for non-payment.
- You can move to any plan in Part 1 at any time. You cannot move from one closed plan to another closed plan.
- Billing, failed payments, and the 100 AED administration fee work as set out in Section 7. Everything in Parts 3, 5 and 6 applies to you in full.
The 1-lesson-a-month PGA and Senior PGA options also closed, on 8 August 2026. Those are tiers of the 12-month membership, which we still sell, so their terms stay in Section 2.
Founder Membership
The original SwingFIT membership, closed to new members on 1 February 2026. It is recorded as Founder Membership in our billing system and appears by that name on your invoices. It cannot be reopened.
- 597 AED a month, including one coached lesson a month. No other plan has ever been sold at this price.
- Practice and play access is included. The plan runs on a 12-month term.
- Founder pricing never changes while the membership continues without a break and in good standing — see Section 6.
- If a founder membership ends, for any reason, the price and the plan end with it. There is no route back.
