- For month-to-month members: access continues for 30 days, then ends automatically
What you should know:
*If you’re on a 12-month commitment with more than 3 months left, or a 6-month commitment with more than 2 months left, there’s a cancellation fee.
We’ll calculate it for you — it’s 3 months at your current rate on a 12-month plan, or 2 months on a 6-month plan. You’ll settle it via secure checkout (takes 2 minutes).
If fewer months than that remain on your commitment, the fee covers just the remaining months.
No cancellation of a 12-month or 6-month membership is final until the termination fee is paid.
The policy Details
Month-to-Month, Beginner, and Junior members: No fee. Cancellation isn’t available during your first calendar month. Your 30-day notice period begins when we receive your cancellation request — you’ll have full access during those 30 days. Any charges scheduled for the 30 days will be charged.
12-Month members with 3+ months remaining: Early termination fee = 3 months of your current membership rate. Your access ends immediately upon payment of termination fee. Your membership is NOT cancelled until you pay the early termination fee.
12-Month members with ≤3 months remaining: Early termination fee = all remaining months. Your access ends immediately upon notice. Your membership is NOT cancelled until you pay the early termination fee.
6-Month members with 2+ months remaining: Early termination fee = 2 months of your current membership rate. Your access ends immediately upon payment of termination fee. Your membership is NOT cancelled until you pay the early termination fee.
6-Month members with ≤2 months remaining: Early termination fee = all remaining months. Your access ends immediately upon notice. Your membership is NOT cancelled until you pay the early termination fee.
