- Take 2–8 weeks away
- No billing during the pause
- Your commitment stays active
- Your commitment extends by the length of your pause
- No loss of access when you return
The timeline
For Pauses
- You submit your pause request
- We confirm the dates (usually within 1 hour, via email)
- Billing stops immediately. Your commitment extends.
- On your end date, access resumes automatically

The policy Details
Month-to-Month members: Pause is not available. You’ll need to cancel and restart a new membership later if desired. Your 30-day notice period begins when we receive your cancellation request. You’ll have full access during those 30 days.
12-Month members with 3+ months remaining: Early termination fee = 3 months of your current membership rate. Your access ends immediately upon notice.
12-Month members with ≤3 months remaining: Early termination fee = all remaining months. Your access ends immediately upon notice.
Medical pause: If you’re pausing for medical reasons, upload your healthcare provider’s letter in the form. We’ll review it.
