You agree to indemnify SwingFIT Academies against any claims or demands arising from your breach of these Terms or violation of any law or third-party rights.

If any provision of these Terms is deemed unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain valid.

17. Termination  

These Terms remain in effect until terminated by either party. We may terminate if we believe you have failed to comply with any term.

18. Entire Agreement  

These Terms and any policies posted by us constitute the entire agreement between you and us.

19. Governing Law  

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes will be handled in the courts of the emirate in which SwingFIT Academies is operating.

20. Service-Specific Terms – Coaching, Memberships, Packages, and Gift Vouchers (UAE)  

By purchasing or using any Golf Coaching and/or Golf Fitness Package, Membership, or Service—including via a Gift Voucher—you agree to the following:

20.1 Pay-As-You-Go Packages  

  • PAR Package: Valid for 2 months from the date of purchase.
  • Birdie Package: Valid for 4 months from the date of purchase.
  • Eagle Package: Valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
  • All packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Unused sessions expire after the stated validity and cannot be reclaimed.

20.2 Memberships  

  • Available monthly, quarterly, or annually. Auto-renews unless cancelled with 4 weeks notice.
  • Can be paused for up to 4 weeks per year.
  • Credits do not roll over.
  • Payments are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins.

20.3 Gift Vouchers  

  • Valid for 6 months unless otherwise stated.
  • Non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • If a service becomes unavailable, credits or refunds may be issued per UAE law.

20.4 Late Cancellation & No-Show Policy  

  • Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance.
  • Late cancellations or no-shows are fully charged.

20.5 Medical Exemption Policy  

  • Requests for pause/extensions require medical documentation.
  • Maximum of 8 weeks per 12 months.
  • Subject to management approval.

20.6 Damages, Liability & Personal Belongings  

  • Clients are responsible for any damages caused.
  • Participation is at your own risk.
  • Personal insurance is recommended.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

20.7 Behavior and Conduct  

  • Respectful behavior is required.
  • Misconduct may lead to termination of services without refund.

20.8 Changes & Availability  

  • We may adjust prices, schedules, and coaches as needed.
  • We will provide notice where possible.

20.9 Acceptance

  • By making a purchase or booking, you confirm acceptance of these terms.

20.10 Data Protection & Privacy  

  • We comply with UAE Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).
  • Data is collected only as necessary and not shared without consent.
