What you should know:
*If you’re on a 12-month commitment with more than 3 months left, there’s a cancellation fee.
We’ll calculate it for you — it’s 3 months at your current rate. You’ll settle it via secure checkout (takes 2 minutes).
If 3 months or fewer remain on your commitment, the fee covers just the remaining months.
Month-to-month members: no fee.
The timeline
For Cancellations
- You submit your cancellation request
- Our team reviews your membership (usually within 1 hour)
- If a fee applies, we send a secure checkout link
- Once paid (or if no fee), we confirm your cancellation
- For 12-month members: access ends immediately upon notice. For month-to-month members: access continues for 30 days, then ends automatically.

The policy Details
Month-to-Month members: Pause is not available. You’ll need to cancel and restart a new membership later if desired. Your 30-day notice period begins when we receive your cancellation request. You’ll have full access during those 30 days.
12-Month members with 3+ months remaining: Early termination fee = 3 months of your current membership rate. Your access ends immediately upon notice.
12-Month members with ≤3 months remaining: Early termination fee = all remaining months. Your access ends immediately upon notice.
Medical pause: If you’re pausing for medical reasons, upload your healthcare provider’s letter in the form. We’ll review it.
