FAQs
We want you to be as comfortable as possible when having a lesson so we recommend wearing suitable activewear or golf attire. Trainers that have good grip and your own golf clubs if you have them. We do have golf clubs available however they may not be right for you so always recommend having your own set. We can also help you source golf clubs if you’re struggling.
We have a range of technology at our facilities and we’ll use which ever is applicable to your lesson type. For many of the Golf Bay lessons we’ll use TrackMan and we’d recommend setting up your own TrackMan account so you can track your data on the app. We also use Pressure Plates, GC Quad, Zen Green and many others. If you’d like to know more about this feel free to get in contact with us.
If you’re new to SwingFIT we’d strongly recommend booking in an Evaluation with one of our PGA Coaches first. This will allow us to assess your current golfing abilities and make our recommendation for what lesson plan would be best for you. Ensure you’re getting the best service possible.
How often you want to book lessons is completely up to you and how much time you have available. However, we’d recommend at least 1 lesson a week to ensure you start to see improvement in your game.
