FAQs

We want you to be as comfortable as possible when having a fitness session so we recommend wearing suitable activewear. Trainers, that have a good grip, a water bottle & a towel is recommended.
If you’re new to SwingFIT or never had a fitness session with us before we’ll need to do a fitness screening with you first. This allows us to get to know you & your current fitness level. We can then make a fitness plan accordingly based on the data and information collected from the screening.
How often you want to book fitness sessions is completely up to you and how much time you have available. However, we’d recommend at least 1 fitness session a week to ensure you start to see improvement in your fitness. Our fitness experts are also able to provide you with a suggested schedule based on the information they gain from your fitness screening.
